The Challenge
The client needed to get a location open within a 10-week timeframe.
To achieve this, ARA was called upon to fit out an existing grocery store with all-new MEP rough-ins, together with an entirely new building layout and finishes. This project was right in our wheelhouse, as we excel where jobs are difficult and schedules are tight.
The Solution
ARA worked through the submission and comment process, helping our client to obtain permitting. ARA and subcontractors worked around the clock to get this project completed on time – coordination and scheduling were pivotal, and the remit did not allow for conflicts or mistakes.
