The Challenge
Take an existing Toys R Us and transform it into a Toys R Us and Babies R Us combination store with separate entrances and a completely new shopfront.
The Solution
Taking the knowledge we obtained after constructing Toy's first and second ever combination store, we performed a twelve week day and night remodel with two of the best superintendents in the business.
The Result
Store sales increased from the day we started construction, and have continued to grow ever since. Same store week-to-week sales have increased—on average—sixty percent since project completion.
