Staples: Keeping the Doors Open

The Challenge
Completely demolish three existing stores to create space for a new Staples in Arlington, VA. More importantly, the entire project required a stringent six week schedule as the existing store was being shut down.
The Solution
Put together an elite team of contractors that understood the importance of keeping our customer open and in business. We drafted a critical path deadline which ensured that the entire project could move forward without any obstacles. Finally, we worked round-the-clock seven days a week to achieve our client's goal.
The Result
We completed the totally non-prototypical store in five and a half weeks and we did it under budget. Staples did not lose one day's worth of business.
